The intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) weapon system is one of the most important defense tools our nation has. As a Missile and Space Facilities Maintenance specialist, you'll keep ICBM launch facilities at peak operational capability and ready to go when called upon. You'll be a jack-of-all-trades since the security clearance for this career is rated top-secret, and the fewer people with that grade the better. You'll be responsible for inspecting, maintaining and repairing everything from launch control systems to facility heating and cooling systems.
